From its raised position looking
out to the Caribbean Sea, across the top of Almond Beach Village
and Port St Charles, Sunset Villa benefits from a fantastic
view and spectacular sunset views everyday (subject to weather).
 The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area called Heywood’s
Park and is only a 5 minute walk from Almond and Heywood’s
Beaches. It is only a 10 minute walk into the historic centre
of Speightstown were you will find a very well stocked Supermarket
and various other shops. You will still find locals selling
home produce on the streets.
Being in the rear corner of Heywood’s Park gives the villa
a very private location, even so the garden is landscaped to
give maximum privacy around the Pool area. This location is perfect
for all. If you are a family, your children will not be at risk
of a busy street outside. Obviously it is very peaceful compared
to some other locations on the island. The neighbours are fantastic.
JR and Suzanne live next door, they are a wealth of information
and JR, who is Bajan, can take care of all your water sports
needs such as Skiing and Wake boarding. Also JR can take you
on a Swim with and feed the Turtle’s trip.
 This is a must for anybody who hasn’t done it before. Suzanne
is Swiss and speaks perfect English, without the Bajan accent,
which can be hard to follow at times.
Sunset Villa comprises of 2 Apartments. Apartment One is 3
bedroom and on the first floor. Apartment Two is 2 bedroom
and on the ground floor. Both Apartments were completely modernised in May 2007. This
involved Air Conditioning being fitted to all rooms and Decoration
throughout. The Pool was also added at this time. A pool cleaner
visits at least twice a week, more often at times of high occupancy.
The Maid visits twice a week on Saturdays (normal changeover
day) and on Wednesdays. Bedding and Towels are changed on these
days. The washer/drier is also available to be used by guests
with the help of the maid who holds the key to the laundry.
Both apartments are supplied with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio/Cassette
player for your entertainment. |
